To raise funds for Free for All we will be entering teams for 2 events this year. We hope that the school community will support the events – by either taking part or sponsoring our teams.
Colchester Half Marathon Sunday 17th March
Suffolk Sunrise Sunday 19th May
If you are interested in taking part in one of these events as part of our team, please contact the school office. Details of how you can sponsor our teams will be posted here nearer to the events.
Good luck to everyone taking part!
There will be an opportunity for prospective parents/carers to visit the school on our Open Evening on Thursday 30th November.
The school will be open between 6.00 and 7.30pm for parents to look around the school and meet the Headteacher, Foundation Stage Leader and the school Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
During the evening there will also be a presentation for parents at 6.30pm. So, you are welcome to tour the school before the presentation and/or afterwards as well.
Parking will be available on the lower playground, accessed via Victoria Chase.
Please contact the school office to book a place email: admin@north.essex.sch.uk or telephone: 01206 574225.
We look forward to welcoming you to our school.
All of the children in the Consortium completed art projects on the theme of Journeys.
North opened it’s doors for families to view our exhibition on 19 May
Our 4 Art Ambassadors (Lark, Liepa, Macey and Sophita) presented our project at a Consortium event on 14 June.
On 26 June, the Ambassadors shared their presentation with the school in assembly. Here is the presentation. I am sure you will agree they did a great job showcasing a fabulous project.
Following the recent inspection of the school, the Ofsted report March 2023 has now been published. We hope you will agree that it is an excellent report which captures the character and the very many strengths of the school.
Following on from last year’s sponsored cycle event, our keen cyclists are entering the Tour de Tendring on 24 July to raise funds. All monies raised will fund trips and activities for all children at North. Please click here for more information and to donate.
Good luck on the day!
Good luck to our team of runners who will be taking part in the Colchester Half Marathon on Sunday 22 May to raise funds for North School Association and Free for All.
