Communication

To improve communication between home and school, we use a service called ParentMail. This service is beneficial because:

  • Newslines, letters, details of events, after school clubs etc can be sent by email, hopefully reducing the chances of letters not arriving home in book bags.
  • Urgent messages can be sent by text and will get to you reliably
  • We can tell you more about what’s going on at the school and provide reminders of events that are taking place.

To use ParentMail we need to collect your email addresses and mobile numbers and we would ask you to complete the Parentmail data form and hand it into the school office.

Once you have signed up for ParentMail, any communications sent by email will not be sent by paper copy as well, unless specifically requested. Paper copies will be available from the school office if needed. For parents who do not have access to email, it is possible to sign up just to receive urgent messages that are sent by text.
